Refund and Return Policy
Our sales are always FINAL. We do not have any refund or return after purchase is completed. Please make sure to check your purchase thoroughly before leaving the store. We are not responsible for any damages or problems happen after you leave the store. We hope you understand the reasons behind that. It is simply because gold is a delicate metal, therefore jewellery products in general can be easily damaged if not been taken care of. Accordingly we advise to check very well before leaving the store.

Delivery Policy
For mail delivery, please inspect your shipped order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of delivery items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on-sale items or gift cards.

Customized Items Policy
Customized items are products that we customize based on your own request and specifications, such as names and pendants with special designs. Please note that such items usually cost more than normal (ready) items, therefore they are not measured by weight due to the relatively high labor and gold losses associated with customizing such products. Accordingly, do not expect to bargain with the price or change the approved agreement based on the product final weight. We always stick to the initial agreement and hope our dear customers do the same when receiving their customized items.  Finally, we are always committed to finish and submit the products as soon as possible. However, sometimes it might take longer o finalize such products, for which we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Custom Orders Policy
Custom orders are products that we usually order and import from overseas based on customer’s request and specifications. Sometimes we are able to get confirmation from suppliers about the approximate time of receiving the products. However in most times and due to COVID-19 restrictions, some items might take longer to deliver. We hope that our dear customers understand and appreciate the process which is totally out of our hands. 

Repair Policy
Usually items that need to be repaired are used and broken products. Please always remember that repair and fixing an item, does not mean to make the item looks like the new original item. We always try our best to fix your jewellery in the best possible way but can never restore the original condition similar to the newly purchased item.

Modifying Policy
If you like to modify a new or used item, you should always remember that your modified product might not look as perfect as a new item. Modification usually includes alteration, removing or adding a part or more from the original item, which might require soldering, gluing, adjustment, plating and other processes. Therefore we will not be responsible nor shall we give any assurances that the final modified item is going to be as perfect as a new item, even if the item was purchased from us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter,  because we only do such modifications based on customers’ choice.
